Women's Ministry

Our Salem Sisters are a diverse community with many offerings such as a bible study group, book club, Craft Circle Ministry, and social events. Below you will find more information regarding opportunities to get involved with the Salem Sisters.

Annual Women's Retreat: This is usually an overnight retreat in February or March every other year. It is a good chance to fellowship with other women and disengage from the everyday to spend more time with God.

Bible Study: The group meets on Thursday mornings at 9:30 a.m. in Koinonia Fellowship Hall from September - May. Please contact Cheryl Padgett for more information at (913) 488-1092 or e-mail cpadgett47@icloud.com.

Book Club: Book club meets on the 3rd Monday of each month at 4:00 p.m. in Koinonia Fellowship Hall. Please contact Kathy Kostroske for more information at KLJK278@gmail.com.

Upcoming books are:

Oct. 21 — "The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches" by Sangu Mandanna

Nov. 18 — "The Berry Pickers" by Amanda Peters

Dec. 16 — "The Christmas Spirit" by Debbie Macomber
