Jesus Loves the Little Children

I’m so excited to be able to return and see families and their children, but I really, really need your help!! This wonderful opportunity to care for and play with infants through 5-year-olds can’t happen until I have a regular rotation of helpers ages 14 and older. I’ll be happy to share my phone number through the church office or Pastor Jon If you have any questions about your responsibilities. I promise I will change the diapers! I’ll give you a break there!

As a Christian, as a teacher, and as a mentor, you would not believe the incredible influence you have on a child as you are playing with them. You can do most of the listening because they’ll do the talking. Children love attention! It’s validating their importance!

“He called a little child to him, and placed the child among them. And he said: ‘Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.’ " (Matthew 18:2-5, NIV)

Believe me, He will be fully among us as we minister His love! How awesome is that?!
