Educational Ministry Team
The purpose of the Parish Education Team is to nurture its members in the Word of God as to grow in faith, hop and love, to see daily life as the primary setting for the exercise of their Christian calling, and to use the gifts of the Spirit for their life together, and for their calling in the world. The Parish Education Team serves as the support team for the Sunday School Staff, the Sunday School Superintendent, the Christian Education Director, the Vacation Bible School Staff and the Confirmation Team. THey serve as a planning and visioning team for all educational opportunities at Salem. Parish educational ministry is a disciple ministry that invites people into a life of faith that is anchored in baptism and sustained in Word and Sacrament, prayer and faithful Christian living.

June 9 -12, 2008
9:00 am – noon
Ages: 3 year olds through 5th grade
Pre-school - 2nd grade will follow a traditional Bible school theme.
Students in 3rd - 5th grade will participate in a week of service that is related to Bible lessons.
